Thanks for making the Indie Rock Showcase a Success!

April 11th, 2008

Many thanks go out to everyone that came out and supported not only WHUS but the Indie Rock scene at UConn. We couldn’t have asked for a better turn out from everyone. The bands sounded great, the energy from everyone was fantastic and positive, and I think I speak for everyone when i say no one went home unhappy.

We also have to thank the UConn Hillel for letting us use the space and making this show happen for us. Hopefully this is the first of many FREE Indie Showcase shows we will do, so stay tuned for the next. And if you missed it, check out our article in the Daily Campus.
