I'm out of the hospital, slowly being taken off meds, and back to my normal life. I still have back pain and some neuropathy but they're both fading fast. I've regained almost all my strength and co-ordination at a surprising rate and today I went down a flight of stairs going one foot per step for the first time in months (before, I'd have to stop with both feet on each step to keep my balance). I can run for short distances now, but I've only ever done short distances so I'd say that's back to normal. My bloodwork is almost back to where it should be and I'm going to Arizona in just over a week. I have one more PET scan to verify that the cancer is still gone (they've all been clear sinse February) and a bone marrow biopsy to make sure my marrow has recovered from the chemo. If I don't post anything about those two (though I probably will), it's safe to assume that they came back clear. Though I've been in remission for a while now, I won't be considered "cured" for two more years, so I'll be checking in with health updates periodically. However, I plan on doing a lot more writing on a variety of other topics now.
