Dionna Jackson and Carlos Restrepo stopped by our studios to talk about The National Marrow Donor Program, which matches donors with those in need of a bone marrow transplant (e.g. cancer patients).

To further raise awareness (and to also promote a little fun), they're hosting a free movie night at the Fred H. Simon African American Cultural Center, at 7PM, Wednesday evening, April 11th.  There'll be free popcorn and juice on which to snack while watching the bromance, 50-50 (in which Joseph Gordon-Levitt's character does, indeed, have cancer).

Don't worry, you won't have marrow extracted while you're at the movie.  They won't even really press you to sign up for the registry (but it'd be cool if you did).  You'll just get the opportunity to learn a little about marrow donation... and have a lot of fun.
