For the fourth consecutive year, WHUS will be covering the Newport Jazz Festival. It is a great lineup with a wide variety of jazz music from the established masters (Metheny, Jack DeJohnette, Dianna Reeves) to some great young talent making their mark on the Jazz scene (Dafnis Prieto, Ambrose Akinmusire, John Ellis). I will be doing live Tweeting, posting photos and possibly interviews from the festival.
