There is a great live jazz series going on at Barca Restaurant in Hartford every Thursday evening 7-10 PM. You just can't beat this deal. No cover, free buffet (and its great eats), cheap drinks and live jazz music. It's been going on for a couple of months now, and the music has been incredible. Last week world famous drummer Ralph Peterson Jr. came up and sat in with all the local cats. The whole scene is a great vibe, and you shouldn't miss it. Come early (7PM) if you don't want to miss the free food. The upcoming schedule looks like this.
