The tricks we play on ourselves to keep motivated are often times ridiculous.  I am by no means immune to that brand of sport but, when offered the opportunity to provide you (our faithful terrestrial broadcast aficionado) a blues show; I need just a bit of a kick in the seat to get going.

Here is what I do....  Grab three record albums from the vast blues files and find two songs on each then, while one is playing run back and forth between the broadcast studio and the library, grab albums that look good, bring them to the inactive turntable and find the next song before the currently playing song runs out.

Sound stressful enough?  Try doing it with mousetraps on parts of your body that do not look like mice....... and then (and only then) do you end up with as good a show as I (humbly) presented.
