The above tracks are basically sweet indie light pop in a variety of musical styles and tempo, nicely mixed so that all songs do not sound the same, often a problem with this genre. The opening track is the "focus" track of the album, it's a good song and good arrangement, but I prefer "Sentimental Seeker" and "On The Borderline" - which is NOT the Alison Krauss tune of the same title. An influence or idol may be revealed in "the title cut - Loudon Wainwright is mentioned/quoted in the lyrics. Sally's voice in "Set Me Free" reminds me of Phyllis Newman. Overall, her voice has just enough of the Australian accent/pronunciations to make the lyrical experience interesting.
