Hey all
Last week was a very interesting, different experience. I was pre-empted.....by....MYSELF! Instead of the week's winner, BAGPIPES!, hilarious comedian Tammy Pescatelli called in, and I had a nice chat with her. She came to UConn to perform on Saturday the 9th.
This week BAGPIPES! aired. It's amazing how many cool bagpipe songs you can find if you look hard enough. Sadly I had to trim some of the songs just to be able to fit other songs in this time slot. Performances from Billy Connolly and Craig Ferguson were thrown into the mix as well.... seeing as bagpipes are a Scotish instrument, and both comedians are Scotish.
Choices for next week's show are as follows:
A. New Music - Songs that have been recently released to WHUS from various record companies
B. Showtunes - Songs from Broadway shows (Thank you Jennie and Michelle for the idea!)
C. X Songs - Songs with the letter X in the title (Thank you Kyle for the idea!)
