It's true punk is dead there is no doubt in my mind, but out of it's ashes rose the flaming phoenix that is noise rock and with it came hope for all those anti-everything lovers out there like myself. Noise takes punk rock to the next level, mixing the experimental improvisation of krautrock, the crunchy teeth-grinding dissonance and anti-establishment demeanor of punk rock,  the sweeping delay and electronics of psychedelia, and a whole lotta feedback. The Japanese noise scene is one of the biggest in noise rock right now. In case you missed yesterdays episode, check out some of these videos:
