At WHUS, we have an extensive collection of both CDs and LPs. However, one thing that we are majorly lacking is a solid collection of local music. We have acquired some local CDs here and there throughout the last couple years, but we would like this section of our music library to grow immensely. There are so many talented and diverse artists all over Connecticut, and we want everyone to have a chance to have their music played on the radio. I have taken on the project of expanding our local music collection, so if you are a musician based out of CT, I encourage you to send us some of your music. If sending mp3 files is easier for you, you may feel free to send them to chelseamdodds@gmail.com and I will burn them onto a CD and add it to our local music shelves.
