Dear Nation,

RadioActive will no longer be producing weekly shows, and will therefore no longer be on the weekly public affairs schedule on WHUS. We appreciate the work the show's producers have put into the station. The show will continue to broadcast for the remainder of July, and a new show will fill its 5:30-6pm Friday timeslot starting the first week of August. Which show will replace RadioActive, you may be wondering? Well, you tell me!

Leave a comment here, or send an e-mail to publicaffairsdirector@whus.org and let me know what 30 minute public affairs program you'd like to hear on WHUS!

Cheers,

~Don Salvatore

Free Speech Radio News and Between the LInes, which is produced in CT and has good content about national, international, and state news and public affairs in addition to strong coverage during elections.

You really need to bring back Free Speech Radio News. Al Jazeera is a joke, especially with their recent scandal of cutting content for American audiences.

Alternative Radio currently plays at 5pm every Monday afternoon. And thank you so much Meghan! We'll do our best to find a suitable replacement. ~Don Salvatore
